  Discussing an idea or project

  A meeting with an experienced team of technologists and people responsible for the production process - we discuss the project, add comments and determine the number of pieces of your collection. Moreover, we estimate both: initial price (without taxes) of 1 piece of garment per particular model as well as minimal order quantity. Please be informed that estimated price is valid only for 30 days since you get our price proposal and could be adjusted if it is not accepted by you during this time.

  Advice on the selection of fabrics and accessories

  We advise what type of fabric and accessories you can use for a given model, but the final decision is yours. We also help in choosing a fabric supplier.

  Development of clothing construction

  The constructor transfers the drawing, sketch or idea from the photo to the special Accumark v11 system and then, thanks to the size table prepared by you or with you, as well as the fabric coupon and accessories - we sew a prototype.

  Evaluation and measurement of the prototype

  We present the finished model for comment, i.e. we discuss how it presents itself. It's time for some final corrections.

  Preparation of sizes

  Graduation, i.e. setting dimensions for each size.

  Determining the parameters for sewing

  Determining what sizes we finally sew and how many pieces for a given size. We set a work schedule in the machine park.

  We are waiting for the delivery of the fabric

  When we receive them, we will start producing your collection.

  Preparation of the cut layout

  A special program creates a pattern on the basis of which the parts of the material are cut, minimizing the consumption of the fabric.

  Lagging

  We prepare the fabric for cutting. We roll out the beams, check the quality.

  Slicing

  The cutter uses modern tools to cut individual parts of the material.

  Sewing

  Joining elements and sewing on accessories such as tags, buttons, zippers, etc.

  Quality control

  Control of each product and checking its compliance with the design.

  Ironing

  Ironing stabilizes the seams and gives the final look to the products.

  Packing and shipping

  You can pick up the packed collection on site or we send it to you. We can pack it either in cartons or hanging - you decide.
